Everything from the first sketch to the tenth release
We take projects end to end. That means one team accountable for the outcome, rather than a design shop, a dev shop, and a support contract that each blame the other.
Website Development
Marketing sites and web platforms that load fast and rank.
Next.js
React
TypeScript
Tailwind CSS
Vercel
Corporate sites, landing pages, and content platforms built on modern frameworks. Server-rendered for search visibility, accessible by default, and structured so your team can update content without calling a developer.
What you get
Responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop
Server-side rendering and technical SEO setup
CMS or structured content model for easy edits
Analytics, contact forms, and lead routing
Performance budget with Lighthouse targets
E-commerce
Storefronts, catalogs, and checkout that convert.
Next.js
Angular
Stripe
Razorpay
PostgreSQL
Product catalogs, cart and checkout flows, payment gateway integration, order management, and inventory sync. Built either on a commerce platform or fully custom when the business model does not fit an off-the-shelf store.
What you get
Catalog, search, and filtering
Cart, checkout, and payment gateway integration
Order management and admin dashboard
Inventory and fulfilment workflows
Coupons, tax, and shipping rules
Android & iOS Apps
One codebase, both stores, native where it counts.
React Native
Flutter
Firebase
TypeScript
Cross-platform mobile apps covering the full path from prototype to store listing. Native modules where the product genuinely needs them — background location, push, camera, offline storage — rather than as a default.
What you get
iOS and Android builds from a shared codebase
Push notifications and deep linking
Offline-first data and background sync
App Store and Play Store submission
Crash reporting and release monitoring
Custom Applications
Internal tools and platforms shaped around how you work.
Next.js
Node.js
PostgreSQL
REST & GraphQL
Dashboards, admin panels, booking systems, and multi-tenant platforms. We start from the workflow rather than the screens, then build the data model, roles, and integrations the business actually runs on.
What you get
Discovery and workflow mapping
Role-based access and multi-tenant architecture
Third-party and legacy system integrations
Reporting, exports, and audit trails
Staged rollout with training material
Maintenance & Support
The part most agencies leave out.
Sentry
Uptime monitoring
CI/CD
Automated backups
A launch is the start of the work, not the end. Ongoing dependency and security updates, uptime monitoring, bug fixes on an agreed response window, and a steady stream of small improvements — so the product does not quietly decay six months after go-live.
What you get
Security patching and dependency upgrades
Uptime and error monitoring with alerting
Agreed response and resolution windows
Monthly improvement and performance report
Backups and recovery testing
Performance & SEO
Fix what is invisible to search engines and slow for users.
Lighthouse
Next.js SSR
Angular Universal
Schema.org
Audits and remediation for existing sites and apps: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, metadata and structured data, bundle size, and render strategy. Particularly relevant for single-page apps that ship no server-rendered content.
What you get
Technical SEO and crawlability audit
Core Web Vitals remediation
Metadata, Open Graph, and structured data
Server-side rendering or prerendering migration
Before and after measurement
Engagement models
Three ways to work with us
Pick the one that matches how well-defined the work is. We will tell you honestly if you have chosen the wrong one.
Fixed-scope project
A defined build with an agreed scope, timeline, and price. Best when the requirements are clear enough to write down.
Best for: Websites, storefronts, and v1 apps
Written scope and milestone plan
Fixed price and delivery date
Design and development
30 days of post-launch support
Dedicated team
Developers working as an extension of your team, on your board, in your standups. Best when scope will evolve as you learn.
Best for: Longer platform builds and product work
Monthly rolling engagement
Direct access to the engineers
Your tooling and your process
Scale the team up or down
Maintenance retainer
Ongoing care for something already live — whether we built it or not. Best when you need the product to stay healthy without hiring in-house.
Best for: Live sites, apps, and internal tools
Agreed monthly hours
Security and dependency updates
Monitoring with alerting
Priority response window
Questions
The things people ask before signing
What does an end-to-end project actually include?
Discovery and scoping, UI and UX design, development, testing, deployment, store submission where relevant, and handover documentation. After launch we can either hand the codebase to your team or keep maintaining it on a retainer — both are normal.
How long does a typical project take?
A marketing website is usually four to six weeks. A storefront or a v1 mobile app is typically eight to sixteen weeks depending on integrations. Custom platforms vary widely, which is why we scope them properly before quoting rather than after.
Do you work with an existing codebase?
Yes. We take over live products regularly, whether the original team is still involved or not. That starts with an audit of the code, dependencies, and infrastructure so you get an honest picture of what you are carrying before we agree on any work.
What does maintenance cover?
Security patching, dependency upgrades, uptime and error monitoring with alerting, bug fixes within an agreed response window, backups with recovery testing, and a monthly report. Retainers are sized in monthly hours so unused capacity goes into improvements rather than being wasted.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Repositories, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts are created in your name or transferred to you at handover. We do not hold your product hostage through infrastructure access.
Do you build both Android and iOS?
Yes, usually from a single cross-platform codebase so features stay in sync and you are not paying to build everything twice. We drop into native modules when a specific capability needs it — background location and push are the common cases.
Can you fix an app that is slow or invisible on Google?
That is a service on its own. Single-page apps in particular often ship no server-rendered content, which means search engines and link previews see an empty shell. We audit, then fix — usually through server-side rendering or prerendering, plus metadata and structured data.
How do we start?
Send us a short description of what you need through the contact form or on WhatsApp. We will come back with questions, a suggested approach, and a rough range. There is no charge for that conversation.
Have something you want built?
Tell us what you need in a couple of lines. We'll come back with questions, an approach, and a rough range — at no cost.
